SHIPPING
Bullbird offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 USD. For orders below $100 USD, we offer a discounted flat rate of $6.95. In an attempt to keep costs low and to avoid passing on rising fulfillment costs we incur to our customers, we subsidize a large portion of these shipping costs for all lower 48 states in the United States.
For all other states and territories in the US as well as other countries, we offer cost-rate pricing on standard postal and express courier shipping. Users have the ability to determine their shipping method of choice at checkout. We strongly suggest choosing UPS for international orders as we cannot track orders once they are handed to another territories postal service. We provide tracking on all other shipped orders.
Bullbird is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues once the package is handed over to the courier.
Shipping times are based on averages and are provided by the courier as an estimate only. Therefore, your order may fall outside these expected delivery estimates. Countries outside the US may experience longer delivery times. All orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado, USA.
Order placed before 2PM Eastern Time during business days will go out same day, all other orders will go out the next business day. Keep in mind we only ship and deliver on business days (aka weekdays that aren't federal holidays).
Please note that paying for a faster shipping option does not mean our warehouse can expedite fulfillment of your order. Fulfillment times will vary based on the number of orders in our order queue. Please be aware of this when you are purchasing for an upcoming flight that is less than 5 business days away.
For international orders, import duties or other local goods and services taxes may apply to orders outside the USA. Please check your local guides for reference as some countries may require payment of duties such as VAT in order to collect your order. Any imposed duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
If you just received your bullbird Cervical Alignment Device and tried it out on your first flight or at home, but did not find it comfortable, then please note that our product has a break-in period. Like new footbeds for your feet, a standing desk, or lifting weights for the first time in years, your body needs time to adjust to your new posture. Here are our instructions again for first time users.
Bullbird stands by the performance and workmanship of our equipment. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product, we will refund or replace your purchase for a full refund less return shipping and handling costs ($9.85 for lower 48 States). We also guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for life. Yep forever.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including undamaged manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. Per legal regulations, pillows must have the law label attached.
Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of receipt of delivery of the product. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to credit into your respective account.
