Hold the Bullbird with both hands.

Place beneath the occiput bone (the ridge behind your ears).

Sit upright, lengthen your spine by pulling your shoulders back and gently lifting your chin.

Step 2: Recline into Alignment:

Lean back into your chair, couch, or bed.

Let your head, shoulders, and seat back hold the product in place.

⚠️ Do not tighten the strap around your neck — it’s not designed for that use.
